Mahari Library is a SaaS platform designed to assist library owners in managing their library operations, including seat allocation, student tracking, and billing. By accessing our platform, you agree to be bound by these terms.
IMPORTANT: All subscription payments are non-refundable.
We do not offer refunds or credits for partial months of service, upgrade/downgrade refunds, or for months unused with an open account. Please review our detailed Refund Policy for exceptions related to technical billing errors.
As a library owner using our platform, you are solely responsible for:
Mahari Library is a software platform and does not directly handle or store customer payment card details. Payments are processed securely via Razorpay.
By making a payment, you agree to Razorpay's terms and conditions in addition to ours.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mahari Library shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly. We are not responsible for data loss due to misuse or unauthorized access experienced by the user.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms & Conditions or is harmful to other users of the Service, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.
